[Study English/school in Cebu, Philippines] ADMIN STAFF AWARDING

Each admin department (Office, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, Canteen, & Kitchen) will be given awards to whom will be selected as the best staff of the quarter (every 3 months of the year). Before selecting them, all staff must undergo evaluation based on the performance of every individual plus the evaluation from their direct supervisor or manager. Whosoever can get the highest average will be chosen as the best staff and next to the highest will be the second runner up. This recognition is not only coming from the director, but also from their co-workers who actually recognizes the ability between each staff. 

Appreciation is a wonderful thing, It makes what excellence in others belongs to us as well.

Recognition is what can motivate the employees. It is a safer direction to restrain them on and keep them inspired to be a part of SMEAG Family. These prizes are not hardly enough to thank them, but at least remind them for being such good employees. The company will never be complete without them, without their effort, dedication and loyalty. But then again, all SMEAG employees are good enough.

Our staff is motivated enough that is the reason why we are ready to serve our valued students.

We have the same goal, the same vision. We are one.
