SMEAG Student Welcome Box

WELCOME NEW STUDENT

Every new student is given a WELCOME BOX.  It is SMEAG’s way of welcoming the new students and makes them feel more comfortable in staying here.  It is placed in the guardhouse for earlier distribution as the new students arrive.

Welcome box is composed of the basic needs: (toothpaste, tissue, shampoo, toothbrush, soap, etc.)

Also there is food (noodles, biscuits and juice) if the students wants to eat as soon as they arrive in the campus.

Profile form and Orientation paper are also included in the welcome box so that the student would know what to do on Monday and they could fill-up the form already.

Together in the welcome box are the room key, temporary ID and E-MONEY card.  The room key is for their dormitory room where they are staying.  E-MONEY card is their permanent card while they are here for in-campus transactions.  Temporary ID is exchanged on Monday after the student will fill-up the form; give us their passport and 3 pictures.
