[Study English/school in Cebu, Philippines] SMEAG Sparta Students Bulletin Board

The Student bulletin, shown above, gives information about the school dormitories specifically SPARTA and PREMIUM dormitory. The female dormitory has 74 rooms while the male dormitory has 71 rooms whereas in Premium Dormitory, there are 67 rooms. Adding to its special feature is the fact that 2 unit teachers are staying with the students making it an all-around English zone plus amusing chats cheer the evening with their TEATIME from 9-pm ~ 10pm.

Student`s Profile Sheet 

The student profile sheet, shown above, serves as a monitoring system of our student`s warnings. If a student gets a warning, their profile is marked with BLUE signifying a Academic Warning was given while a PINK mark indicating an Administrative warning is served together with the date as to when the student committed the violation. Through this system, we can regularly check them and counseling will be done with the managers for proper guidance.

Adding up, through this system, we are able to check who is transferring this week to other campuses. So proper exiting like Academic counseling and course upgrade and initial campus briefing can be done.
